Before You Arrive

1. 1. We will contact you a few days prior to your party to confirm all details and final attendance numbers.
   2. Additional food items and special requests can be made at this time and we will make every attempt to accommodate, but can not guarantee we will be able to cater for these.
   3. Where special requests can not be catered to we will contact you to discuss possible alternate arrangements.
   4. Please note carers of the birthday child are responsible for all children attending the party that are not accompanied by their parents.
   5. Please advise all party adults that siblings not included on the party list will be charged as general admission for their age.
   6. ALL party adults are FREE of charge.
   7. You are required to complete and return the guest attendance form by Thursday before your party. For all weekday parties these are required a minimum of two days prior.
   8. All final orders for adult party platters are required when returning the guest attendance form.
   9. No food or drink is to be brought into the centre from outside. Exemptions made for medical reasons.
   10. No cakes to be brought into the Playland unless pre-booked prior.
   11. All children and adults that wish to use the equipment, including Merry Go Round, must wear socks. Sorry there are no exceptions to this rule.
   12. For hygiene reasons we do not lend socks to customers, but do have socks for sale if required.

When You Arrive

1. On entry you will be asked to finalise your account for the confirmed number of attendees and any platters ordered.
2. Additional children can be added to the list upon entry and through the party if required, additional platters can also be ordered and placed on a bill for you through the day.
3. It is important to note that you will be charged for all children on the final confirmed guest list even if they do not attend.
4. The credit card details used for the initial deposit will be held until the end of the party payment transaction on the day of your party so that adjustments can be made on or after exit.
5. If you wish to provide additional items for loot bags these should be handed to our reception staff who will hand these out to all of your party guests upon exit.
6. If you have chosen to supply your own cake in addition to your included cake our reception staff or your party host will take care of this for you.
7. For health, hygiene and OH&S reason no other food or drink can be brought into Lollipop’s without the prior written consent of Management.

On The Way Out

1. Following your party children will be handed their loot bags, including any additional items you have supplied, their balloon and lollipop.
2. Any additional cafe items, platters or party children costs will need to be finalised, once completed the Birthday Child will receive their special loot bag.
3. Most importantly for a Birthday Parent, leave all the cleaning and mess behind you!
